Our old brewhouse had been pumping out brews since we opened the brewing in 1998. Here are some of the stats of all the beer brewed by our old system: 19,403,502 Glasses 117,360 Kegs 4,000+ Complete Brews The new system is now up and running, serving all the great Ellis Island brews we’ve been mixing over the years. With the new system we can brew four times more batches that we could before. This means more of our regular beers (light, hefeweizen, amber, IPA, stout and root beer), as well as more seasonals will be coming your way in 2018! Cheers! Gary Benson as the Ellis Island Elvis impersonator, that is. He was able to take a few moments to answer some questions about his popular gig and give a little more information about the man behind the jumpsuits. Gary expresses a clear love of his craft that also exudes in his weekly show. You can catch him performing as Elvis every Friday and Saturday night at 5pm or dealing blackjack after the show as well as Tuesday-Thursday at 6pm. We called every local celebrity we could reach down to our karaoke stage to sing a song. For every entertainer who sang on our stage, we donated $1,000 to the Las Vegas Victims Fund. This was a ticketed event where we asked for a donation to come in and see the show. By the end of the night, we had raised $100,000.
